I bought a pair of curtains last winter and as cute as the fabric was, they weren't. So they sat in my basement until yestdrday. I finally decided to cut them up and turn them into a gathered skirt. I think the final result is fantastic!
This is gorgeous! I recently bought 4m of the same-ish fabric but in pale blue and I was thinking of making a dress with a smock-ish top and a huge full skirt like this.
